How to use
Wind up just until the angled tip clears the rim. That's plenty for both lips, and it's the amount the stick is built to support.
Apply straight from the bullet in short strokes, and reapply as often as you like through the day.
Wind it back down after each use and replace the cap. This balm is rich in oils and shea butter rather than hard wax, so it's softer than a lipstick - a long extended tip has very little supporting it and can catch against the cap or break off.
If it's been somewhere warm, wind out even less until it has firmed up again.
Storage and care
Wind up only a small amount - two or three millimetres is plenty for both lips. This balm is rich in oils and shea butter rather than hard wax, so a long extended tip has little supporting it. Winding it back down after each use keeps the stick supported and the cap sitting properly.
Being oil-rich also means it softens in real heat. A car in the sun, a windowsill or a bag left out on a hot day will all soften it.
Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and store it upright with the cap on. If it does soften and reset, the surface can look uneven or the colour can sit differently - that's the balm cooling, not a fault, and it applies the same way.

An amazing lip balm. I will say the best ever. Honestly Life to my lips. Only been 3 days.. but, I can see the difference. Usually after parties my lips get very dry, cracks and skin peels off due to dryness and because of the extra layer you add to cover the cracks. I have shared an after party photo from yesterday. This is after 6 hours. Lips still in good condition. No mosaic effect or peels. Feels very velvety and smooth. Love to try your other products.

Been using Hydrate Luxe for a few days now and honestly my lips feel so much better. I get that tight, dry feeling especially with aircon and this just relieves it instantly.
