How do I request a refund or replacement?

We want you to love your purchase! If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility:

  • Requests must be made promptly after receiving your order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse isn't covered.
  • For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.

How do I change my login email address or password?

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

What information do I need to register for an account?

Can I include a personalised message or gift wrapping with my order?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

If you select express shipping at checkout, your order will arrive even faster. Please keep in mind shipping times may vary slightly due to factors such as public holidays or disruptions within Australia Post's delivery network. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping & Same-Day Dispatch Policy

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping times are estimates based on Australia Post’s delivery network and may vary due to factors beyond our control. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email, typically within 24 hours, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or lost, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Please email us at hello@loveablelips.com.au with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia as part of our initial launch. However, we plan to expand internationally soon! Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for the latest updates.

Yes! All Loveable Lips products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan, meaning they contain no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals. We’re proud to be officially certified by Vegan Australia, ensuring transparency and our ongoing commitment to ethical and vegan beauty standards.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

At Loveable Lips, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

We want you to shop with complete confidence and fall in love with your lips all over again!

How It Works:

2. Receive Return Instructions:
We’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your return.

3. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Products must be returned with their original packaging where possible.
  • Lightly used products are eligible for return — we want you to feel safe trying them!
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • We are unable to accept returns after the 30-day window.
  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll cover the return shipping and replace or refund you at no extra cost.
  • Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.
