Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after being placed.
• Orders received before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) are typically dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $79 AUD.
• For orders under $79, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery is typically 2–6 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

• We currently ship within Australia only.
• Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we're unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
• If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you trace it with the carrier.
